I had been cheated by a doctor and i lost possession of my flat no 19C Balaji Apartments in sector 3 pocket 7 Dwarka New Delhi . This doctor named Shivraj Verma assured me a bigger flat in Sundarji CGHS in sector 12 Dwarka after one year since Nov2008 and a cash of Rsthirty lacs .This doctor took possession of my flat and resold it to a third party .Presently I have lodged a complaint against the doctor with the Dwarka sector 16 Police Station on but till date no FIR has been initiated . I have lost the sole possession of my husband`s life time earnings ie the flat and the concerned person is moving freely in the society .Please help me file the FIR against this doctor.
